We were honoured to be Gold Sponsors for the Shear for Life event, a major fundraiser supporting the Ashburton Cancer Society and Hospice Mid Canterbury.
Along with our financial contribution, our team provided essential electrical equipment, resources, and hands-on support to ensure the event ran smoothly. It was an incredible experience to be part of something that directly helps those in need in our community.
No child should go hungry, and that’s why we chose to support Kai for Kids.
Through this initiative, Kai For Kids provides over 800 lunches daily to Mid-Canterbury schools. Our contributions were to wire and connect a new commercial oven, pre-wire, and fit off lights and power points in the new office.
Eight of our team members kindly volunteered their time for this initiative. Being able to contribute to such an impactful cause is something we’re truly proud of.
The Ashburton Glow in the Park is a light festival and highlight for our community, bringing people together in a celebration of light and creativity.
As event sponsors, we didn’t just provide financial support—we also offered electrical expertise and resources to help bring the festival to life.
For this project, we provided the power supply to over 40 food caravans and ran the cable and power supply for the lighting displays. We also provided 24-hour on-call electrical service to ensure no issues occurred during the event. This was a great chance to see the local community enjoying themselves, knowing we made a positive impact.
We’re strong supporters of local sports, and we proudly sponsor the Hampstead Softball Club. With Brent being a member of the club and a sponsor, he contributes to the club in various ways, including the pump intake, grounds maintenance, club room alterations, and sports field lighting repairs.
Level’s support goes beyond just funding—we actively contribute by assisting with batting cage maintenance, ensuring players have a great space to refine their skills. We also lend a hand with field rolling, helping to keep the grounds in top playing condition so that athletes of all ages can enjoy a safe and high-quality playing environment.
By backing clubs like Hampstead Softball, we’re investing in the growth of sports and giving back to the community that supports us. Whether it’s junior teams learning the ropes or seasoned players hitting home runs, we’re proud to play a part in keeping the game alive and thriving in Ashburton.
Giving back is part of our company culture, and our annual Next Level Conference is no exception.
In 2024, a charity event was held as part of the conference called ‘Local Impact’.
Brent and Megan Christie were part of the judging panel that chose three Queenstown Lakes district not-for-profit to raise funds and awareness for local organisations in Queenstown - Baskets of Blessings, Central Lakes Family Services and Wakatipu Playcentre.
It was a great opportunity for our team to come together and make a meaningful impact.
