A Message from our Director
Hi there,
I’m Luke McCallum, Founder and Managing Director of Level Group ANZ.
As a licensed tradie in both New Zealand and Australia, my whole career has been focused on the electrical and plumbing industries - and that means I experienced first-hand the obstacles that trade business owners have to deal with every day.
I realised that even though our industry is driven by small local contractors, there wasn’t enough opportunity for them to connect and collaborate. That’s why I created Level Group ANZ - a trans-tasman trade network.
My aim is to help businesses support and learn from each other while getting access to fantastic benefits, such as improved efficiency, greater brand awareness, and tailored business support.
The amazing team here at Level brings a wealth of proven experience in supporting trade business owners to grow and scale their businesses, with best-in-class systems and the incredible support of a nationwide network.
