Level Group New Zealand is pleased to welcome Tony Lippo and the Compass Plumbing team to the network as Level Plumbing Morningside.

Tony founded Compass Plumbing in 2009, growing the business from a sole-operator plumbing company into a close-knit team of eight serving customers throughout Greater Auckland.

The team works across high-spec architectural homes, major renovations, shop fit-outs, light commercial projects, maintenance, drainlaying and new gas installations. Its project experience includes work at Tantalus Estate Winery, Te Arai Links, Nando’s stores, Gibbs Farm and Tara Iti Clubhouse.

As the business enters its next stage, Tony is focused on working more strategically, strengthening the systems behind the operation and creating greater visibility across job performance and profitability.

Joining Level will provide Compass Plumbing with structured business planning, financial reporting support and guidance to unlock more value from Simpro. It will also connect Tony and his team with a network of ambitious plumbing and electrical business owners across New Zealand and Australia.

With stronger systems and a clearer team structure in place, the business plans to create capacity for larger projects and achieve sustainable growth.

The team as Level Plumbing Morningside, partnered with Compass Plumbing.

Tony Lippo, owner of Compass Plumbing and Level Plumbing Morningside, said:

“We’ve built Compass Plumbing through quality work, strong relationships and a team that takes real pride in what it does.
“Joining Level is about putting stronger systems around the business, gaining clearer financial visibility and making better use of Simpro. I’m also looking forward to learning from other Members, sharing ideas and building the structure we need to take on larger projects and grow sustainably.”

Ben Irons of Level Group New Zealand said:

“Tony has built a highly capable team with an impressive track record across architectural residential, renovation and light commercial projects.
“He is driven to keep improving the business and will be a strong addition to the Level network. We look forward to supporting Tony and his team with the systems, training and Member connections that will help them scale with confidence.”

Please join us in welcoming Tony and the entire Level Plumbing Morningside and Compass Plumbing team to the Level network.
